All work and no play? Not at our Agency!

We started an USWeekly Fantasy League at work for “serious gossip fans.” We joke and like to keep it light, but when it comes down to it, it is pretty intense. We have a draft, an end of the season banquet where prizes are awarded and rules that are strictly enforced.

The two of us make up The OSC (Official Scoring Committee) and are responsible for designing and creating our leader board, updating and enforcing the rules, and of course, naming each season:

The best part about the league is the non-work conversation and camaraderie it creates. We’ve even worked with our IT department to set up an e-mail group for the league and e-mails about the latest goss’ go out every week during the season. It’s a refreshing break from work about something truly mindless!
